The 70,000 sq ft premises at Providence Place in West Bromwich town centre, is situated just off the A41. This five story purpose built premises will enable the company to grow and better meet the needs of their customers and will accommodate over 500 staff, with capacity for future expansion.
Dedicated office space spans across an impressive 5 floors of this new build. Bespoke benching systems along with breakout areas consisting of soft seating across each floor have established a perfect example of how activity based working can add value to your business and employees. The brief for the atrium area was to create a space that would encourage and engage collaboration.
Together with key members of the planning team we developed a space that would promote impromptu meetings, relaxation and reflective thought. It was designed to accommodate & engage employees with its central location it is visible from every floor, therefore it needed to have significant visual impact. The space is now being fully utilised by all 500 staff – a testament to the design and quality of the products.
